On a recent trip to Primark I picked up a few £1 beauty bargains. I thought for that price I may as well try them and see if they were any good. The eyelashes were easy to apply although I found they came off at the corners a bit, this could also be due to how I applied them as I do not wear falsh lashed very often however with a better eyelash glue I'm sure they would be worth a try.
The false nails are fabulous, not usually a fan of fake nails but I have my own bit away to nothing at the minute so i tried these for a family dinner they stayed on for almost a week. I applied the nail glue to my finger and pressed hard for almost a minute each nail but they were lovely on. They also stock these nails in black packaging and the sizes of the actual nails seem to be bigger which I didn't like as my finger nails are quite small.
The nail varnish remover pads are great too as they have virtually no smell, I hate the smell of nail varnish remover and the nail polish came off with just a few wipes.
All in all definitely worth the £3 I spent on them and I will be back for more.
A little bit of everything...Love Claire xo xo

Make-up
Has anyone any good tips on make-up whether it be what they use or best application etc?
I look at recent photo's of myself and my make-up just isn't nice. After going and getting my make-up done at Estée Lauder and loving how they made me look I decided I would by their Double Wear light no 3. When I put it on myself I think it looks OK in the mirror but awful in photo's like it's awful.
I've also tried Elizabeth Arden which my beautician says leaves my skin very bad and Clinique which wears off in patches. Also tried Mac mineralise in NW20 and found it very light.
I need one that is light enough and easy to aply for every day just to give me a bit of coverage and a darkish one for night time going out etc.
Any advice or tips?

Watches Wishlist
Don't know what is is this weather but I have become obsessed with watches. I have never wore a watch but for some reason I have found myself looking at my wrist to see the time. I would love to get one of these for Christmas...they would go with anything. C XoXo
I'm still here
At the minute my life has been so hectic, I have a lot going on in work and I'm minus a laptop or internet connection in my house at the minute which is as awful as it sounds. And Christmas was 3 weeks away yesterday...hard to believe. The time is flying, but I'm still shopping and enjoying the finer things in life.
I spent a fortune last week between Derry, Belfast and Ballymena...which I visited for the first time on Friday and would highly recommend it. Queues where at a minimum and the atmosphere was lovely. The shops are great in the Fairhill Centre and although not as big as Belfast they had my size in everything I liked which looking at my bank balance I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing.
Oh and as if my luck with the laptop and internet connection was not already bad enough. My new camera is battery operated and I need to buy some more, or rechargeables.
However the one thing I did want to mention in this post is that Boot's Protect and Perfect have an amazing deal on their intense range which would make a lovely gift for someone for Christmas. All for £45 - The beauty serum, day cream, night cream and moisturising body cream.
Hoping to upload photo's and more posts shortly.

I bought this on Thursday, it was £80 reduced to £35 ! What an absolute bargain! After weeks of lusting after it I finally got it ! Last one in a size 6 (I’m usually a 10 but there was no difference honestly).
Last Thursday when I went online and saw it was reduced to £35 I just had to have it. Only size 18’s were left online so I literally ran up the town in Belfast. From afar I could just about make out the coat, then a girl right in front of me just lifted it and it was a size 10.
I followed her round the shop for a good twenty minutes before asking her was she definitely taking it. She did in the end up.
I wanted it that bad I even told my Granny to search for it when she was up the town in Derry.
I smiled the whole way home even though I was getting drenched in the pouring rain.
So I wore it with wet look leggings and an off the should top and red heels to the cinema on Saturday night. Such a good look.
I love love love it !! I’m going to wear it with everything !

First post...Hello and Welcome !
Hello and Welcome to my blog !
I decided to start a blog after years of thinking about it when a girl I met through work told me she keeps one in her spare time.
Her blog is really interesting and varied so I would definitely recommened having a look.
I love fashion, I’m a self confessed shopaholic to be honest.
I plan to blog about what I buy and what I think of them along with a wide range of other things that may or may not be totally relevant to what you are looking to read about.
I’m loving the new autumn/winter trends at the minute so look out for some future blogs on that.
Thanks for reading xo xo
